EntityForge is an AI-powered company formation service operated by CognitionHive. This site is a marketing and intake site: it describes the service, accepts formation-package requests through a contact form, and links to Stripe checkout for payment. There are no user accounts.
When you submit the request form, EntityForge collects the information you enter: your name, your email address, the service tier you select, and, optionally, your business name. The form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, which delivers your submission to us by email. Beyond the form, the site does not collect personal information.
Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe-hosted checkout pages. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never seen or stored by EntityForge. Stripe provides us with your name, email address, and confirmation of payment so we can deliver your formation package. Stripe's own privacy policy governs its handling of your payment information.
Your submission is used solely to prepare and deliver your formation package and to communicate with you about your request. A human reviews each submission before delivery.
We retain your form submission and payment confirmation as records of your request and the deliverables we prepared for you.
EntityForge does not sell data, does not use your information for advertising, and does not share data with third parties except the service providers named above (Formspree for form delivery and Stripe for payment processing), each used solely for its stated purpose.
Records are retained only as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us, and we will delete it unless a legal obligation requires that it be kept.
